Loadman Australia can supply on-board scale systems for single and multi-trailer combinations including truck and dog for bulk haul applications. While the majority of vehicles in this category have air suspension, systems are also available for spring suspension equipped rigid trucks and chassis tipping trailers.
Loadmass offer TCA Category B approved systems for use under IAP and TMA.
Air Suspension Systems
Air pressure transducers monitor the suspension system pressures to provide the axle group weights. The easy-to-read cab mounted meter will display the gross weight and individual axle groups for both the truck and trailer.
Articulated combinations including single trailer, B-double and road trains on air suspension have the capability to be scaledwith up to eight input signals. Steer axle weighing on articulated combinations with spring suspension is calculated by the meter from the weight on the drive.
Truck and dog trailer combinations with spring suspension front axles and air suspension on the drive can be scaled using Loadman Australia’s deflection transducer on the steer axle.
